I was there for 3 nights and ate at in-house restaurant for dinner. The bed was very clean, and it was convenient to have a microwave, a coffeemaker, and fridges. The room was airy, the location was best possible and exceptionally nice.

By and large, it was super base for sightseeing in Bordeaux, had much fun and met competent and friendly efficient staff from the check in desk to the maids. We had a new-fashioned double room with big bathroom, great showers plus sofa bed.

Fully equipped and spotlessly clean place, everything was fine. A nice size unit with an electric kettle and fridges. Very clean bed, early check-in. Convenient location of the hotel on the river bank. And next to the historic center and the central food market.

Had a perfectly pleasant stay of a walk into Town, everything was perfectly fine. We stayed in a suite and it was brand-new. The staff were friendly efficient and the setting was best possible. The restaurant was very nice for dinner and for every budget.

We stayed at this hotel and were impressed by the quality of service and amenities. The room was very clean and had everything we needed, including ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The hotel's location is improving in an area that has seen better days and will be stunning in the near future. The staff were polite, smiling, and very helpful, and we appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival. We also enjoyed the restaurant's excellent menu, which included special diet options.
The surrounding area can be a bit unsavoury, but we would still recommend this hotel to friends for its comfortable and classy rooms and the outstanding service. We were also pleased with the leisure facilities, including the fitness centre and the TV room, which added to our overall positive experience.
